As a beauty director for 25 years, I’ve worked with the biggest names in the industry — but John Frieda salons has always held a special place in my heart. The team has been with me through everything — shoots, life changes, career shifts, motherhood. They treat me like family and truly ‘see’ me.
Anna Murphy, Fashion Director , The Times
John Frieda Mayfair combines the levels of luxury you would expect from one of the world’s leading salons with the kind of warmth and personal touch it’s hard to find. The clean lines of the Carrara marble-clad interior are offset with organic studio ceramics, beautiful flowers and the always friendly staff. Whether you are looking to reinvent your look, or simply to have the best ever rendering of your current hairstyle, this is the place to come.
Alexandra Friend, Beauty Director, Red Magazine
London has more than its fair share of incredible salons but John Frieda is the one that feels like home. Timeless is a word that’s often overused but John Frieda really is. Everyone at John Frieda just ‘gets’ it. Professional, effortless and cool without even trying.
Marie Claire
“John Frieda Mayfair on Aldford Street has an incredible team— their eye for colour and expertise are hard to beat. With pinpoint shade‑matching and gloss‑rich finishes, they make my blonde look naturally sun‑kissed every season. Every compliment I get on my colour is owed to her.
